    As rising sales across the globe have proven, poetry is currently one of the most dynmaic areas of publishing, and at The London Book Fair in 2021, poets will once again be connected with professionals to discuss trends within the industry.  

    Dedicated spaces including the Poetry Collective and Poets' Corner will allow poets and professionals to network with one another at the 2021 Fair, alongside our Poet of the Fair offering, which will celebrate the best of the artform.

    The Poets' Corner stages the free Poetry in Motion seminar stream, which will explore topics ranging from the recent spike in poetry sales across the globe to the best ways to grow your audience.

    Poet of the Fair

    We were delighted to welcome  Kate Fox as our 2021 Poet of the Fair. Kate joins us on Wednesday 10th March at Poet's Corner.

    The National Book Council is the public entity that caters for the Maltese book industry with several important services whilst striving to encourage reading and promote the book as a medium of communication in all its formats. It organises the Malta Book Festival and the National Book Prize amongst other national as well as smaller scale events, administers Public Lending Rights, organises several literary contests and is also the local agent for ISBN and ISMN.

    Set up by T S Eliot and friends in 1953 ‘to propagate the art of poetry’, the Poetry Book Society is a unique poetry society, providing information, reviews and discounts on the best contemporary poetry for an international community of readers.
