    As an exhibitor at LBF, the online Exhibitor Portal is an indispensable tool for making connections with potential customers in advance of the event.

    Attract interest and create leads for your company by optimising your online company profile and maximise your event presence. You’ll also find all the key deadlines for your event participation.

  • Website & Show Directory Entry

    You can complete these tasks at any time however from 14th February 2018 this is the information that will appear in the printed Show Directory. Please ensure that all information is correct before that deadline to make the most of this promotion to our visitors.

    • Company Contact Details - enables visitors to easily get in touch.
    • Company Profile - this short company description lets visitors know more about your company background, activities and brand philosophy (maximum 375 characters).
    • Product Categories - associate your company with your top five product categories. It is very important that you are accurate when making the selection as they will be used in both the printed and online Exhibitor Directory. These categories are also used to create accurate matches to visitors via the matchmaking tool. You will also be recommended buyers based on your categories and buyers objectives.
    • Company Contacts - you can list up to five team members who will be attending LBF.
    • Products to display - provides visitors with detailed information about your products or services. You can upload up to fifty different product images with a short description and web link. These will appear in the online Product Gallery as well as your online listing.
    • Company Brochures - gives visitors more of an understanding of your company’s activities and philosophies, this allows you to upload up to five pdf files.
    • Company Logo - this offers the facility to upload your logo and strengthens your branding.
    • Press Releases - enables you to reach the Press with no PR fee by uploading your own releases. This allows you to highlight your latest products to our visitor and press audience, which will appear in the press section and within your entry on the website.
    • Social Media - lets visitors interact with you on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
    • Videos - keeps visitors on your page for longer. You can upload up to ten video files as they also help your message stay fresh with visitors for longer.
    • There are many other things you can do with your profile such as uploading presentations, white papers and other documents. Take a look and explore the opportunities.
