Literary Festival Forum

  • Literary Festival Forum

The Literary Festival Forum is a half-day FREE conference on everything to do with the organisation behind literary festivals. It was run for the first time at LBF 2015 and we were thrilled to see it return in 2017.

Delegates included: literary festival organisers, booksellers, authors, literary editors (newspapers), publishers, PR professionals, agents.

  • The Background

The number of literary festivals in the UK has grown enormously over the past few years and there are currently over 350 on offer ranging from low-key local events to larger well-established festivals such as Edinburgh and Hay.

This half-day conference was run for the first time in 2015, aimed at those organising or working in areas related to literary festivals.
