    1. Is there a mobile app I can download for my smartphone?

The London Book Fair App for 2016 is now available to download. You can find out more information here.

    2. What is the exhibitor portal?

The exhibitor portal is where all exhibitors can update their profile and information on the LBF website. Once you have signed your contract you will receive an email from 'The London Book Fair team' with a link where you can create your own unique login and password.

In the portal you can update your website listing, order your badges, complete your printed directory listing, and access the exhibitor manual.

The exhibitor portal will be live in August 2016, and we recommend you complete your profile as soon as possible in order to gain maximum exposure.

    3. I have not received the email to obtain my login details for the exhibitor portal. What should I do?

Please email lbf.helpline@reedexpo.co.uk and someone will be able to re-send you the email.

    4. Who can I contact if I need help with the exhibitor portal?

    Exhibitor helpline: +44 (0)208 271 2124 or lbf.helpline@reedexpo.co.uk

    5. I have forgotten my exhibitor portal password. What should I do?

You can request the password again at the login page. Select Forgotten Password - this will only work if that email has been registered to use the Exhibitor Portal.

    6. How can I upload videos to the LBF website?

You can upload videos to the website via the exhibitor portal. Go to Company Profile >> Upload Video. The video fits a window approx. 600 pixels wide on your profile so we recommend an MP4 file at medium quality.

    7. My colleague would like to access our profile on the exhibitor portal to update some information. How can I add him/her?

You can add your colleague to the exhibitor portal by selecting People Manager once you are logged into your profile. Select Add People and input their information. They will then receive an email from The London Book Fair team asking them to create a unique login and password to access the portal.

    8. How can I organise internet for my stand?

    10. What is 'My LBF'?

My LBF is our online diary tool. Exhibitor admins (the person whose name is on the contract and who looks after the exhibitor portal) are automatically opted in and can add colleagues themselves. Find out who's who at the show, network with your peers, build your own personal show plan, and book meetings with other exhibitors and visitors. 'My LBF' is an online diary function that allows you to see who is attending the show and contact them and book appointments. Coming soon.

    14. Why do I have to purchase a website listing? What are the advantages?

The LBF website receives over 2.3million page views per year with the online exhibitor directory being one of the most frequently visited pages. Each website listing gives you a full profile in the online directory and you can choose to upgrade to a premium or enhanced listing to boost your profile with even more benefits.

    15. How do I complete my website listing?

You can complete your website listing by logging on to the exhibitor portal and filling out the required fields. See Exhibitor Portal for more information.

    16. How can I upgrade my website listing?

Please email hannah.jeal@reedexpo.co.uk if you would like to upgrade your website listing.

    17. Is there WiFi at Olympia during LBF?

There is WiFi at Olympia, however unfortunately, due to the size, scale and purpose of trade shows; it poses a number of problems.

We strongly advise the installation of a wired connection as it is without a doubt, the most stable and robust connection. However, if you do rely on WiFi for your devices then we recommend all exhibitors who are in the process of planning for LBF to speak to both your IT department and the official internet provider, eForce. Explain your needs and the devices you will be connecting with, and what you need your kit to do. That way they will then be able to advise you how this can be done to ensure you get the best connection available for your business. See 'Internet' for my information.
